As a young girl of eleven, I was introduced to my baking world by my Mom...but not in the usual way. No, my Mom was not a baker (not in any sense), but she did have a wicked sweet tooth. From that first bag of chocolate chips she handed me, to the thousands of cookies, bars, cupcakes, muffins and whoopie pies I've baked through the years, the passion she helped create led me to realizing my dream of opening sugar me sweet bakers... thanks Mom!

Chewy Triple Chocolate Cookie
Whenever I'm in the mood for chocolate, it's never for candy. I want a chewy, chocolatey cookie. And what these are...is indulgent! Just pour yourself a glass of cold milk and you'll be good to go...
